Theodore Higgins Ii Honored by UMass Dartmouth for Fall 2011

Theodore Higgins Ii of East Wareham, majoring in management information systems, has been named to the Dean's List in recognition of earning a fall semester grade point average of 3.2 or higher of a possible 4.0.
